One of the major benefits of quinoa seeds is that it can be cooked without much of an effort.
Take 1 cup quinoa
Take 2 cups of water and let the water come to a boil.
Once it starts boiling, add quinoa to it and let it cook (just like rice).
Since quinoa is bland you can add many flavors to it to make it spicy and flavorsome.
For instance, you can make quinoa vegetable pulao which is healthy and tasty. Just make vegetable rice without the rice by replacing it with quinoa.
You can even make rotis with Quinoa flour in the same way as you make with your roti flour.
