Himalayan Salt is hand-mined and ground, it is even more natural than Sea Salt because it forms all naturally. Himalayan salt ranges 95-96% sodium chloride, as well as 2-3 % polyhalite and trace quantities of 10 additional minerals. The presence of iron oxide in rock salt gives it a pink color.
