BasicBrowns is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

We currently deliver across most of India.
How the delivery charge is calculated?
- Shipping and Delivery is free for all orders above Rs. 1000/-
- For orders above Rs. 1000/- there is no shipping and delivery charge. For orders less than Rs. 1000/- shipping and delivery charge of Rs. 100/- is charged
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- In Hyderabad region, orders will be delivered on the same day or the next working day (Monday-Saturday)
- For deliveries to any other place, orders will be promptly shipped with our delivery partners within 2 business days. The time to delivery will vary depending upon the location. You will receive an email with tracking number once we have shipped your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on delivery. Upon receiving your COD order, we will call you at the phone number provided on the order to confirm the order and the delivery time. Please make sure the phone number provided is working and available to take our call. The order will be dispatched only after we are able to confirm the via phone.
