Sprouted ragi malt recipe is quite easy to make. Sprouted ragi flour is made from crushing sprouted ragi whole grains. A good gluten-free source of protein, ragi is also a good baby food due to its rich nutrient content. Soak the ragi before putting the ragi grains in the grinder, ragi grain seeds should be dry. Take a few tablespoons of ragi flour, add milk or water by adding little cardamom powder by stirring continuously for some time span, leave the mixture as it is for 15 minutes, put some curry leaves above the mixture to add an extra beneficial ingredient for digestion.
