- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the clearance sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement as necessary and will provide notice of any such changes on its website or through other appropriate channels.
